•  Defect Management for Testing and Development teams with the ability to record defects, classify them, identify their impact, progress their closure and provide Defect Management Reports.

•  ITIL Service Management Consultancy with extensive practical knowledge of developing, implementing and managing Service Support and Delivery Policies, Models, Definitions, Profiles, Service Level Agreements, Operating Level Agreements, Processes and Procedures.


• A full understanding of the full project life cycle and can undertake all planning, initiation, risk, change, issue control, development and implementation tasks.
